How to I find my account number?

Your APR Account number is on your APR Supply Invoice.If you don’t have an invoice, you may contact your Local Salesperson or your Local Branch as ask them to provide you with your Account Number.

Why can't I have my account activated immediately?

For security reasons, APR Supply must validate your account and authorization to create a login on behalf of the customer account you selected.APR Supply strives to prevent inappropriate login accounts being created against your account.

How long can I expect activation to take?

Can I place temporary orders under my account before you activate the account?

No, however, you can still see products as an Anonymous user.

Can I use the same registration ID for multiple people?

We do not recommend this practice as your email address is your login ID.We recommend each person have their own login ID so as people come and go within your organization, we can disable accounts and prevent them from placing orders on behalf of your company.
